Tips on Floral & Candy Care

Ideal Arrangement Conditions
  • Don't expose your arrangement to harsh conditions. Flowers prefer a display area free from draft and intense sun. Extreme heat or cold will be detrimental to your flowers. Candy is just as easily effected by drastic climate changes and temperature. Candy, even when not chocolate, has a tendency to change texture and consistency when exposed to very cold or very hot conditions.

 Displaying Your Bouquet

  • When caring for a floral display, be sure to fill the container to the top, or soak the floral foam completely, to ensure each stem is receiving the nutrients necessary to survival.

  • When storing or displaying a Candy Bouquet, be sure to keep it from an intense draft of heat and out of direct sunlight. If your bouquet is made with chocolates, it is important that it not be left in an area below room temperature or under 60 degrees. Your chocolate will become chalky and possibly discolored from the cold.
